This Afternoon I Had Both Shoulders Start With Pain Followed

This afternoon I had both shoulders start with pain followed by what felt like loss of circulation in both my arms. I was then unable to move them much . it lasted about a minute. It felt very weird and after that there was pain in my chest. After a while I felt better but my chest is sore , like someone punched me the chest
