This Afternoon I Started To Get A Sudden Sharp Intense

This afternoon I started to get a sudden sharp intense pain in my diaphragm/upper abdomen area. It restricted my breathing to short breaths and I was afraid to move. It subsided within about 6 minutes. Then later this afternoon I experienced the same onset of pain with extreme discomfort and shortness of breath that is lasting longer. What do you think it could be?
