This Afternoon When I Went To The Bathroom There Was

This afternoon when I went to the bathroom there was bright blood in the toilet after a bowel movement x2.
Is this something I need to worry about, could I be bleeding internally or perhaps just a hemorrhoid issue? I have had no pain as far as hemorrhoids however my stomach has been bothering me today.
