This Afternoon When Getting Out Of The Car After Driving

This afternoon when getting out of the car after driving home from work, I had an episode of severe headache, shaky legs, and arms. I did not lose consciousness because I remember everything that happen but I went to the ground and I could not move my legs. It was like my feet were in concrete. After I went to the ground I regained my where with all and felt fine. I have in the past had severe headaches when standing from sitting or laying position but nothing like I experienced today. When I got in the house I took my blood pressure and it was 128/78. Do you think this episode was from by blood pressure dropping when I stood up?
