This Balbir Aged 40yrs. Having A Problem Of Acute LBA,MRI

This balbir aged 40yrs. Having a problem of acute LBA,MRI report suggest that there is a bulge in L5S1.I took the treatment of neurosurgeon which is still going on, but still pain is there can't bent my back. few days ago again I got collapsed.Initially I was taking a tab Gabapentin along with tab ultracet & tab duventa @bed time for two week,after it its almost 5months I am taking tab neugalin75,tab carnisure plus, & tab shelkal 250b.d.,but there is no major improvement. Pl. advice me wt.shall I do? My recent path report shows high lipid profile as well triglycerides , sgpt, sgot also increased immensely. Pl......
