This Drug Had Been Prescribed For My Blood Pressure..already Taking

This drug had been prescribed for my blood pressure..already taking amoldipine losartan,clonidine(x3 a day)
I have hepatitis c...have had many bad reactions to meds....I have not picked up rx yet...what kind of reaction might this cause for me....also renal function is low..do not remember the number...thank you
