This Evening I Had A Small Car Accident As The

This evening I had a small car accident as the passenger in the passenger seat. We were T boned with a left to right whiplash hitting my Right temple and my right side if my head into the seatbelt holder.
My temple is swollen and my head sore. . I have no nausea feelings or tiredness, my blood pressure is usually about 120/79 my blood pressure is a little higher than usual - 150/80.

My right temple side is sore and swollen like a small reversed cake plate - yet I think I'm okay. I just took a three ibuprofen.
Is it necessary to get a CT scan?
