This Evening I've Noticed A Vacuum Type Feeling In My

This evening I've noticed a vacuum type feeling in my head associated with a ringing (kind of like if you take too many aspirin). My equilibrium is okay, but when I turn my head, I notice a bit (very little) of woozy; mostly it is the vacuum feeling that has caught my attention. My ears don't hurt; I seem to hear okay. My eyesight has worsened lately (cataract surgery scheduled in about 4 weeks). The only other thing I can think of is if I have a dental infection (teeth are always really good, but last two days have noticed a twinge once in a while; I will go to dentist Monday. Do you have an opinion?
