This Happens At Least Once Or Twice A Year. On

This happens at least once or twice a year. On the palms of my hands and fingers appear dark red non-raised spots with mild itching and a few days later the skin on my figers peels and the palm also. The peeling lasts anywhere from 2-4 weeks. The peeling is worse if i wash my hands often also. Ive asked my doctor about it and he didnt know what it was but that was years ago. Any help would be appreciated
