This Is 8 Years Now . That I Feel An

This is 8 years now . That i feel an air like a punch of air it will bubble once.or.twice in the middle of my breast like up stomach. Or chest.its just middle of my breast near heart. i always fell it for 8 years. It will hit like bubble for a moment and it will go. What did this.mean
