This Is Hanmant.. I Have Following Symtoms.... When I Go

This is Hanmant.. i have following symtoms.... when i go to sleep i feels like spinal cord is spining and oscillating to and fro and also i feels my eyes are blinking (it feels like eyes are vibratig with certain velocity ) .... and when i sits it feels like my head is shaking creating small sensations throughout my whole body.... sometimes i can see myself that my head, hand are moving to and free with certain velocity.....and when intensity of all these symtoms increases slightly i feels like irritating and nervus and axioud.... plz tell me some tips regarding the problem... thank you very much
