This Is A Very Serious And Embarrassing Question I'm A

This is a very serious and embarrassing question
I'm a 69 year old male. I had knee surgery 5 years ago. I think the catheter disfigured my male anatomy. I thought I would return to normal after time but no. I am now very crooked. Like a V. I talked to my doctor but it's not something that I can show him if you know what I mean. Is this normal? What was damaged for this to occur? And can it be rectified?
