This Is An Inquiry For My Daughter-in-law Who Is Suffering

This is an inquiry for my daughter-in-law who is suffering the following symptoms: chronic pelvic pain, feels like stabbing (knife like). The pain comes and goes. Sometimes it last one hour or it can last all day. She feels like she needs to urinate every house or more. Pain less in the morning; increasing throughout the day. She cannot run, exercise, sit for prolonged time, or lift. She is uncomfortable in tight pants.
