This is embarrasing, regarding urology, but I've been ejaculating at least 5 times a week and Ivery noticed a bulge where the epydidimus would be. I know the symptoms of epydidimitus but the only thing I've noticed is a pain like someone squeezing a testicle but mild every 2-3 hours or so.
