This Is Embarrassing But I Have Painful Bump Just Between

This is embarrassing but I have painful bump just between my anus and scrotum. I started the following day after some sexual play in that area (fingers only) in the anal area. My anus itself is fine. I can go to the bathroom with no pain. But when I wipe near that area just outside the anus between the scrotum and anus, it hurts. What can I put on it to make that bump/ pain go away>
