This Is For My Daughter. She Is Suffering From Sciatica

This is for my daughter. She is suffering from sciatica pain. I'm trying to help her on how to ease her pain. She is seeing a chiropractor whenever she has the money which is not really on a regular basis. What other treatments can you suggest (preferrably no surgery).
