This Is My 5th Pregnancy. I Have Had 3 Miscarriages

This is my 5th pregnancy. I have had 3 miscarriages and have 2 child who is 4 years old. I'm 13 weeks pregnant and have had tightening in my stomach and pressure. Now I'm having cramping. Is this normal? The 3 miscarriages accrued after my daughter's birth. Should I go get checked out?
