This Is My Friend. He Has Complained Of Being Dehydrated

This is my friend. He has complained of being dehydrated this summer which he has never been in the past and has worked at the same place 15 years. We were riding today and he began to sweat profusely and his hand was shaking he said he felt pale. He said he felt like he needed to lay down. Seemed fine earlier. He was home and is resting and this was about 30 mins ago.
