This Is My Second Day Of A Condition Starting With

This is my second day of a condition starting with a deep chest cough,somewhat subsiding the second day but now experiencing some nausea and diarhhea. No chest or head congestion. Some headache the first day but after taking two doses of Sudafed PE the first day, on the second day the headache is gone.
