This Is My Second Seizure In 2yrs. THe First Was

This is my second seizure in 2yrs. THe first was 2 weeks after a car accident. Now i'm always having auras. Afterwards im tired and have a headache. I can't drive because it makes me feel terrible! Some auras are very strong and have lingering side effects. I think I had one in my sleep last night. I always feel light headed and have a lingering headache as well. My question is, I went to E.R. today and they put me on trileptal. When I looked it up oonline it says the starting dose is 600mg 2x a day. which then can be increased weekly up to 1200mg 2x a day. Is that true? I'm asking because they started me at 150mg 2x a day.
