This Is My Third Day Of Feeling Nauseous, Not Feeling

This is my third day of feeling nauseous, not feeling myself, low grade fever off and on and tired. This started 3am Wednesday morning when I was nauseous in the middle of my stomach and 3 hrs later regurgitated several times. Could this just be a mild case of the flu? I stopped taking all meds as I haven't been able to eat very much.
