This is my ultrasound report. Please clarify. Uterus- normal in size. Measures 31✖ 18✖ 56 mm. No focal lesion in myometrium.
Endometrium thickness- 3.2 mm.
Right ovary :32✖ 12 mm.
Left ovary. : 32✖ 21 mm. Both ovaries are enlarged with multiple follicles and hyperechoic stroma.
There is no evidence of free fluid seen in the pelvis.
There is no evidence of adnexal mass is seen.
Impression: 1. Bilateral enlarged ovaries.
2. Normal appearing uterus.
