This Is Regarding A Kidney Failure Condition For My Pet

This is regarding a kidney failure condition for my pet dog and we are administering homeopathy medicine. 1) The creatinine was 6 and BUN was 94 as I was giving IV fluids and injection as part of allopathy since March13, then the last 2 have been giving homeopathy as well and the creatinine changed to 13 and BUN TO 194. Please let me know if homepathy is advisable? Does it increase and then decrease?
