This Is Report From Radiologist: There Are 5 Lumbar Type

This is report from radiologist: There are 5 lumbar type vertebrae. Alignment is normal. Vertebral body heights are preserved. No acute fracture or aggressive osseous lesion is evident. There is disc space narrowing at L5-S1. The remaining disc space heights are preserved. The adjacent soft tissues are normal. There is facet arthrosis at L4-5 and L5-S1. Please explain this to me...
