This is report of bone marrow test Microscopy The marrow is moderately hypercellular for the age of patient The marrow shows myeloid preponderance. The M:E ratio is approximately 6-7:1. Erythropoeisis is normoblastic in nature. Granulopoeisis follow sequential maturation. Megakaryocytes are morphologically normal. The marrow has been screened for CD20 and CD 3. There is an expected population of interstitial 'T' lymphocytes and scattered 'B' lymphocytes. The marrow was also screened for CD 30 and Alk -1, with negative results
