The Uterus is anteverted with regular contour and homogeneous myometrium.
The Cervix is closed and homogeneous.
The emdometrium is thin and trilaminar with intact endomyometrial interface.
Both ovaries are lateral to the uterus and contains more than 12 mostly subcapsular follicles measuring less than 1.0 in diameter suggestive of polycystic ovaries.
There are no adnexal masses seen in this scan.
There is no free fluid in cul de sac.
What does this means? And what Will happen to me?
