This is the cect abdomen report of my friend. Is she suffering from tb?

Circumferential mural thickening and luminal narrowing of
a segment of distal ileum. Mural thickening and poor luminal distensibility
of the caecum, ascending colon and proximal transverse colon with luminal
surface irregularity at places. Patulous ileocaecal junction with dilated
terminal ileum. Mildly enlarged homogenous lymphnodes in the small bowel
mesentery. Mild mural thickening of a short segment of jejunum.
