The uterus appeared bulky in size and anteverted.
No uterine fibroids are seen.
The endometrium measured 14mm and is thickened.
The right ovary is normal in size and appearance.
The left ovary is obscured
No adnexal masses are seen.
There is no significant fluid in the Pouch of Douglas.
Comments:
Thickened Endometrium.

Question 1: What does bulky uterus and anteverted means?
Question 2: What does Thickened Endometrium means? Do I need to see a gynaelogist?
