This Is The Second Time My Six Year Old Has

This is the second time my six year old has been admitted to the hospital for rhabdomyolysis after a viral infection. However, his CK level has not dropped less than 300 points in over 24 hours despite continuous IVF hydration and bedrest. Should other causes or treatment be considered?
