This Is The Third Year In A Row That I

This is the third year in a row that I have gotten a bad pair of progressive lenses. Just last week, I picked up my new glasses. Horrible headache, eye strain, etc. I closed my left eye and the right eye looks great – distance, mid and reading. When I close the right eye, and look just through my left, distance and reading are ok but I actually have to turn my head slightly to the right to have clear mid-vision. What could be wrong? The prescription axis or cylindar adjustments or were the glasses measured wrong on my eye? Every year it’s a problem with the left eye. I just don’t understand why they can’t get it right. Please help. I’m going back to the store on Saturday to try to get the problem resolved. So frustrating. Thank you.
