This May Be A Really Stupid Question But... I Am

This may be a really stupid question but... I am currently on the IUD and i have really bad ocd so i take a pregancy test after i have had sex to make sure im not pregnant so.... Ive took 5 tests and they were all negative but like 12 hours later or the next day they bleed and it says postivie... Should i be worried
