This May Seem Like A Ridiculous Question But I'm Asking

This may seem like a ridiculous question but I'm asking anyway, I have been fighting eczema on my hands for a couple of years, I am 66. My dermatologist has tried me on different prescriptions without much improvement and then suddenly one day I noticed my hands were healed. I had just finished taking a ten day dose of Augmenton and wondered if that could possibly have affected the eczema? Now three weeks after being off of the medicine my hands are rough, cracked, and painful again.
