This May Sound A Bit Crazy, But I Am Having

This may sound a bit crazy, but i am having some sort of infestation on my body and house. I live in Florida and i have had some scratching occur for weeks now, hair missing from my leg and mites of some sort on my hair folical. Last night i used a nix treatment and had some relief, but they are back it, mites/bug. i can not see them to my naked eye, but this evening i watched a bout a tsp of ground coffee disappear from the counter, i i videoed this. I am a bit freaked out, also i also had some ring worm and i am treating that with otc antifungal now,
