This May Sound Crazy, But Once Every Few Months (4-5

This may sound crazy, but once every few months (4-5 months) just before I totally wake up in the morning, I feel this "jolt" in my head. There is no pain, but the best way I can explain it is that it feels like a mini-explosion in my head. There are no other symptoms. Should I be concerned?
