This May Sound Like An Odd Question, However I Am

This may sound like an odd question, however I am hoping for an answer of best practices for a neurologist performing a thorough initial evaluation for Multiple Sclerosis. Is a breast exam ever part of this screening? I was told it was checking for nerve damage. I undressed, waist up and my breasts were examined. This was disturbing to me but at the same time I believed this must be part of an exam. Since then it has been bothering me and I have been searching for answers as to whether this was appropriate and have never seen this in any articles that discuss neuro exams. Please give me your opinion about whether this is ever indicated, and under what conditions (if ever) it would be. Thank you very much for any help you can offer.
