This May Sound Weird But I Have Pain In My

This may sound weird but I have pain in my lower right back, just above my tailbone as well as my labia, mostly on the right side. I haven't felt this type of pain since my early twenties, usually when I was menstruating. I went through menopause 12 years ago. The pain is enough to disrupt my sleep and keep me from daily activities.
