This May Sound Weird, But I Recently Had A Symptom

This may sound weird, but I recently had a symptom where I had a throbbing pain in my ear and my rectum at the same time. The pain isn’t bad, but it made me wonder if there are certain nerves that connect those two entities. The pain was just inside my left ear and just inside the left side of my rectum.
