This might be a very strange question. I would like to have an external urethral sphincterotomy to achieve urinary incontinence. There is no medical necessity for it. It is a lifestyle choice that I've had for a long time. Where do I even begin to get this done? I've already brought it up to a psychologist. So please don't refer me to one.
