This Might Seem Really Stupid, But I Was In A

This might seem really stupid, but I was in a mental hospital for depression about 3 months ago. I am starting to feel depressed again because I believe that I am getting deprived of socialization. The socialization thing is on my Safety Plan, I also got asked by my other psychiatrist to move to an online scool. HELP
