This Morning I Blew My Nose Which Emitted A Clear

This morning I blew my nose which emitted a clear capsule shaped pellet of mucus(?) about the size of a jelly bean This had been blocking my left nostril for sometime and I thought it was a nasal polyp (had them before). My breathing through this nostril is now much improved but was wondering if I need to get checked out
