This Morning I Had A Bit Of A Scare, Id

This morning I had a bit of a scare, id only been out of bed for half an hour, i felt phlegm in the back of my throat and it was bloody phlegm, not a massive amount, about the site of a 5 cent coin. I didn't cough it up, it was just a phlegmy tickle and I had to just have a little cough to bring it to the front of my throat. I don't have a cold.
