This Morning I Had A Lump Show Up On My

This morning I had a lump show up on my buttcheek along my buttcrack. Quite unsettling in size-- about that of a quarter (Canadian $0.25 coin) the very center of it is blue-ish while the rest remains a peachy-pink colour. It is painful when I sit or stand, although laying down it fine. I'm 21 weeks pregnant and extremely busy all weekend long, how likely is it to become unsafe if left unexamined by my doctor until Monday? (
