This Morning I Had An Egg Retrieval , And Now

This morning I had an egg retrieval , and now I have a sharp pain starting at my right collarbone, extending just below the breast, sometimes a little further down. I can't lay completely flat, or it becomes difficult to breathe. I'm sitting propped up with pillows, and the pain seems to radiate to below my shoulder blade. If I hiccup or cough , the pain in my chest takes my breath away. I'm not sure what's going on!
