This Morning I Passed In Bowel Movement What Looks Like

This morning I passed in bowel movement what looks like white ropey tissue. There was a separate bit about a teaspoon worth, and quite a bit wrapped around a small stool bit. Background: for 2 weeks now I have had moderate to severe cramping in morning about 30 minutes after getting up, followed by very urgent soft bm and/or diarrhea. No mucous. I've been eating plant based diet for 6 weeks now. Suggestions?
