This Morning I Rubbed My Left Eye And Could Not

This morning I rubbed my left eye and could not open it. I literally had a closed eye that could not open for more than five minutes. I tried lubricating it with water, no change. I had to lift the top lid and gradually pull down the other. After this the nerves around my eye were jumping all of the place and it has been dry and itchy all day with it running water maybe twice.
