This Morning I Slipped On Ice On My Porch Stairs

This morning I slipped on ice on my porch stairs when I landed my lower back went across the last step. I was leaving for work so continued on my back on lower left side only is very swollen with large bump and the pain has gotten worse is also hot to touch. It hurts to sit regularly and bend over. Recommendations?
