This Morning I Was Standing In Front Of My Bathroom

This morning I was standing in front of my bathroom mirror and the room turned black,i felt like what I imagine would be like I was going to pass out,my arms became ridged and heavy to my sides-I couldn't lift them and I struggled to stay focused on what was left of my surroundings-like sound ect.when I came back to where I could see I began to sweat heavy and drenched my clothing in a minute.What could this be?
