This Morning I When I Was Going To The Bathroom

This morning I when I was going to the bathroom and urinating I passed gas. At the end of it I felt liquid come out. It wasn't diarrhea. It was what I would describe as almost like a yellowish mucus with blood spots. I think I had a hemriod that might have ruptured. Not really sure and didn't know if I should be going to the Er or anything. Any advice on the issue would be grand
