This Morning I Woke Up After 2 With Pretty Bad

This morning I woke up after 2 with pretty bad pain near my right ovary. it subsided 15 minutes or so after
I went back to sleep and woke up for work this morning dizzy. I have had a few dizzy spells through out the day. I just got the Mirena IUD a little over a month ago. Should i be worried something is wrong?
