This Morning I Woke Up And Saw That On The

This morning I woke up and saw that on the left side of my lower back there's an area that's sunk in a bit and was slightly bruised. It starts next to my back dimple, and goes diagonal towards my butt. It doesn't hurt but it's sort of tingly. What could it be?
